every first wednesday of the month “le voyage abstrait” arouses totally new emotions with its intense visual impressions in combination with carefully coordinated music. embark on a journey through space and time with constellations, computer animations and laser effects.

raphaël creates an intensive set of classical music, chillout and electonical beats synchronised with thomas kraupe's visuals and simon bottcher's lasers. all the show is live performed and each show new defined. since the first event, the performance is regularly sold out and has been ranked as one of the best regular event by the local press. abstrait music released the album "le voyage abstrait" in 2005.

lost in space since 2002
the first event of "le voyage abstrait", presented in june 2002 has been an unespected success. 3 hours long,over than 350 guests discovered a musical and multimedia show in 3 parts: the first with classical music, the 2nd with chillout music and the last part with downtempoand electro.

owing to this massive response, the show was relaunched in september 2003, at the planetarium which had just been completely modernised. divided in 2 parts of 70 minutes, the show created by raphaël marionneau, thomas kraupe, director of the planetarium hamburg and simon böttcher is an abstract journey trought the cosmos and became in a short time one of the most successful events at the planetarium.
